Corpse Flower Keeping Air Clear In Houston — For Now

“The Houston Museum of Natural Science decided Monday to stay open 24 hours a day until Lois, the corpse flower, emits the siren stench of, well, a corpse.”

“To accommodate throngs of the olfactorily curious, the museum is staying open around the clock until Lois closes her flower, said Latha Thomas, the vice president of marketing and communications for HMNS. The museum also has set up a live webcam to record the endangered flower’s progress.”
