Prosecutors have charged two people with abandoning the corpse of a High Ridge woman whose body was found in a car this winter on the parking lot of an urgent care center.
Jessica Eberhardt, 26, was found Dec. 28 in a snow-covered car on the parking lot of the St. Anthony’s Urgent Care Center in Arnold. Her body was in the passenger seat of her mother’s Ford Taurus. She was last seen Dec. 20.
Eberhardt died of an accidental heroin overdose, according to the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Zachary Meyer, 22, and Jennifer Brooks, 32, were charged Monday in Jefferson County Circuit Court with abandoning a corpse.
